General Information for All Members
2. Receive a Unique Member ID
3. Calculating Charges (Optional)
- Obtain package dimensions (Length | Width | Height | Weight)
- Calculate shipping charges from point of purchase to Redondo Beach
- Use the shipping calculator on our website to calculate charges for air freight or ocean freight
4. Send packages with your Member ID to
either of our California warehouses
- Air Freight - Redondo Beach, CA (90278)
- Ocean Freight - Gardena, CA (90248)
Note: There
is a $200 minimum charge on all ocean shipments. If you have
questions about air or ocean shipping please call ShipToHawaii customer

5. Purchasing Insurance (Optional)
If your package requires insurance
log into your account on the ShipToHawaii website and purchase insurance
6. Email Notification/Tracking
Members will automatically receive an
email notification when packages are received in California. Members can also log into their accounts and track packages through the ShipToHawaii website.
